For every referral leading to a successful placement, you can receive an Amazon voucher worth between £50 and £500, depending on the job role of the placed candidate.

You will receive a payment in the form of an Amazon voucher, typically after the candidate has completed their first 12 weeks of employment. This can vary based on the job role and sector.

What happens if someone else also refers the same applicant?

If two or more people refer the same applicant, we will pay the referral that leads directly to the placement. This means that the referral that results in the applicant being invited to interview and subsequently offered a job will be the one that is rewarded.

No, you can recommend as many candidates as you can think of. All referrals must be submitted through the online referral form on our website in order to be eligible for the reward. You should only refer a friend with their permission. You can receive one reward for every successful placement.
