Our senior team provides leadership, oversight and governance across Thriving. They remain accessible to clients and professionals where needed and ensure care is delivered safely, consistently and in line with regulatory requirements.

<p class="font_8">Alex is the Managing Director of Thriving, leading the business with a clear focus on delivering outstanding care across the UK. </p>

<p class="font_8">After graduating with a degree in Environmental Management from MMU, Alex built a successful career in sales and leadership, progressing from Sales Advisor to European Distribution Sales Manager at an international conglomerate. </p>
<p class="font_8"><br></p>
<p class="font_8">His 12 years of experience in sales and management gave him a strong foundation in building teams, driving growth, and creating lasting relationships. In 2019, Alex joined Priority Recruitment as part of the senior leadership team, where he played a key role in growing its Healthcare division. </p>

<p class="font_8">His passion for care and his belief in the importance of helping people live independently led him to launch Thriving, where he now combines his commercial expertise with a deep commitment to making a difference. </p>

Our recruitment team focuses on sourcing and securing high-quality support workers efficiently. They work closely with care teams to ensure the right people are in place as quickly as possible.

<p class="font_8">Having worked as a 360 healthcare recruiter since 2022, Levi has built a strong track record in children’s residential services, complex care, and mental health recruitment. He has experience in launching and growing recruitment divisions from the ground up, securing clients, placing senior hires, and building high-quality candidate pipelines. </p>
<p class="font_8"><br></p>
<p class="font_8">Levi works across both temporary and permanent recruitment, combining business development expertise with a modern approach to sourcing talent. He uses AI tools, LinkedIn branding, and analytics to enhance performance and attract exceptional candidates. Before recruitment, Levi had a successful career as a freelance model, working with brands such as Adidas, JD Sports, ASOS, and Manchester City. </p>

<p class="font_8">During the pandemic, he worked in construction to maintain income before transitioning into recruitment in 2022, showing adaptability and determination. Recognised for his professionalism, initiative, and results, Levi is passionate about connecting the right people with the right roles to improve care standards for vulnerable individuals. </p>

<p class="font_8">Outside of work, he is committed to health and fitness, enjoys travelling, and focuses on personal development.</p>

<p class="font_8">Carl is a Senior Recruitment Consultant and the Area Manager for the North East region of the Healthcare division. He joined Priority Recruitment in 2020 coming with 18 years of experience recruiting within healthcare for some of the biggest players in the sector. Over nearly two decades, Carl has built long-term relationships with clients and candidates in the North East area specifically but has a documented record of making successful placements across the UK. </p>

<p class="font_8">He specialises in providing temporary and permanent staff to complex care environments. The thing he enjoys most about recruitment is proving to clients that we are not just in it for a quick fix. Working within healthcare gives him the unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and he prides himself on providing continuously great service with integrity.</p>
