Having started her career at the age of 16 within a healthcare recruitment agency, she quickly developed a passion for connecting compassionate, skilled professionals with opportunities where they can make a real difference.

Over the years, Sara has built extensive experience recruiting for hospitals, nursing homes, supported living services, and other healthcare settings. Her background has given her a strong understanding of the importance of finding the right people to deliver high-quality care and support.

Throughout her career, Sara has managed the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening through to onboarding and placement. Her candidate-focused approach, combined with her ability to build strong relationships, helps ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
